British designer Kate Noakes has developed a process of inlaying her original designs, hand cut from sheet metal, onto existing furniture and panels which are then inlaid with gesso. Her work combines finely tuned craftsmanship with a bold design instinct. A form of modern marquetry that creates a durable, functional and dynamic veneer that transforms existing furniture back to a new and vibrant life.
